Hiring Process

CVs will be reviewed by the recruitment team and those most appropriate for the vacancy will be shortlisted for a telephone interview If you are shortlisted the first stage of the process will involve a telephone call to discuss your CV and career aspirations in more detail. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about life in United-R.

Interview Process
At United-R, the interview process in most cases happens on two levels. One is the HR interview, which focuses on your expectations from the company and for you to realize whether or not the company is best suited to meet your career goals. This is an extremely important step because ensuring that you fit in easily with the existing team is a must to keep you happy and to generate the best from you. The second interview, which could be combined with the HR interview, is the technical or management interview. This meeting will help us analyze your technical and/or management skills in line with what the vacancy demands.

If you are selected for a role with United-R you will receive an offer detailing terms and conditions of employment and confirming salary and benefits . On accepting the offer, we will then work together to ensure we can arrange a suitable start date and get all the paperwork in order.
